JKTwo more points - for $90, I'd just send the money and take your chances. I realize that that $90 is not an insignigicant amount, but if its being spent on bb cards, its unlikely to kill you if its lost.
Second, you may want to consider an insurance policy on your cards (I dont know how much your collection is worth, but if its a lot, you really ought to have one and if its not a lot, the policies are pretty cheap) from one of the companies that specialize in bb cards (such as collectibles insurance company). They will reimburse you for any cards lost in the mail if they are shipped to you in the proper method (the proper method depends on the value of the card). This will protect you from a seller who claims to have shipped you s/t but doesnt. I believe the policy also protects against internet fraud up to a limited amount.
