Personally, I prefer PSA. Their Registry is much better, but put that aside. PSA has always given me excellent customer service and they do guarantee their work.

The key issue is availability. Right now there are 382 PSA graded T206 cards up on EBAY as opposed to only 96 SGC cards. So if you are committed to pursuing a graded set, it's easier to do it in PSA.
