1st....to answer your 2 questions....it is on grayish cardboard thicker than the 1930's matchbook I have shown here.
2nd....the hint of reddish color in the upper left corner is from whatever card (or picture) was printed above Mr Foxx.
FRANK, you'll appreciate this....this mid-'30s MB of VAN LINGLE MUNGO....is there a name in BB more "lyrical" than this ?
