Default PAYPAL warning

Posted By: anthony

cobby and frank are correct unless the law has changed...this happened to me before as well, i removed all my dough and they put a freeze on my paypal account...so i closed it and opened up another a few months later under a new email, bank acct, and credit card...i hate them as well but use them on smaller transactions when i sell and all the time to buy....

dont pay them $3000 or $3...they are wrong!
