Sounds like there was a problem with the credit card. If so, Paypal will hammer you for it. One of the risks of accepting credit card payments from people is their ability to charge back. My understanding is that paypal will just hammer the seller for a chargeback from a CC issuer. I will NEVER take paypal as a seller.
