Cool Lionel Carter article from February 3, 1937 Kaw Chief Stamp Journal I just picked up. Great early article outlines Batter Ups and Goudey 1936 cards are now on sale in Connecticut. 'Photo Cards' that are unnumbered. Early article from our hobby......
