My daughter, Zoe, was a lobsterman on a remote Island 14 miles off the coast of Maine.

She was selected as a contestant for CBS's Survivor show. The show was filmed in Dec 2001
on a South Pacific Island. This series was on TV Feb-May, 2002. She did not win the million;
but, did survive up to the 10th spot out of 16.

She was the pride of all of Maine and had her picture on many Magazines (shown here). I told
her at that time while she was having more than her "15 minutes of fame", that if she ran for
Governor of Maine....she would win. She was amazingly popular throughout the state.

After 15 years of this rugged occupation, she retired from lobster fishing in 2003.
