Its a "W" cards but not a strip card. They were issued in a boxed set by Kromo Gravure Photo Co. and are machine cut.

Maybe yours was trimmed, but I doubt it. It also might fall below a SGC-10.

Leon has a Hotel Hermitage schedule card with two W575-2 attached, but thats the only one Ive ever seen. It has a printed schedule on the back.
