A lot of auction houses, myself included, will send raw cards out to be graded before the auction as a courtesy to consignors. Between the sketchy descriptions, typos, and all the raw cards, you don't get the feeling that Leland's really has their heart into vintage cards. They love memorabilia- Dodgers, Yankees, wire photos, rock and roll- and many other areas that they specialize in, but as I went through the vintage cards I just didn't feel that same enthusiasm.
