Surprised to see a power seller end it early. Maybe it's good to place some medium bids early to show the seller that it's worth something. If everything is won by snipes.. I would probably accept any good offer before hand as well. I as many others will make offers on items before they close. I normally make a very reasonable offer so it's worth it on both ends. I just hate it when the seller post your question "live" for anyone to read.. I remember the Gypsy Queen Ewing that Jay Miller had his offer posted publicly (as mine).
