Joe is great to deal with in person and over the phone works well as well.I have a good relationship with him.

I think the key question that you guys are missing is how many graders look at the card before it goes in the slab. Its one thing to have two graders look at it before its in the slab--its quite another to have one with the second looking at it after its graded.

Also I think of interest is Reza looking at every pre-war vintage card(or McManus--may not be his name). I think they have been assigning different graders to look at different eras of cards.
