the surroundings / and ease of commute should be considered.
I hate making suggestions (just in case I can't make it)....
but another consideration - if you don't mind stepping down the level of restaurant -
could be ESPN restaurant in times square (especially if we schedule it during a good game).
I had a bachelor party there once and you basically can be as loud as you want, the beer keeps flowing, wings / burgers type food... and big screens everywhere.
Just a thought.
Edit to add:
If you have never been there... one thing I found funny....
even the urinals have there own screen above them -
so you don't have to miss a second of the game even if you have to pee.
And if #2 hits you / they have tv screens pointed down toward the sit down toilets.
