many cards comprise a complete set (or run) of T206's for all the other Tobacco brands.
Unless, if you actually try to put together one of these "sets".
I recently "completed" a T206 set consisting of all Piedmont backs. This set does not
include the "the Big 4"....Wagner, Plank, Magie, Doyle (error). It totals 518 cards, and
the Piedmont backs as a function of Subjects breaks down as follows.....
153....150 Subjects
317....350 Subjects
048....460 Subjects
518..total
2nd....I'm now putting together an all Sovereign set and in the process I'm finding out that
approximately 60 - 70 cards must not have been printed with this back. With this being so,
then a complete T206 set with the Sovereign brand will total approx. 400 cards.
For all the other backs (EPDG, Old Mill, Polar Bear, Tolstoi, etc.) the only way I know of
determining the exact number of cards in one of these sets, is by referring to the T206
surveys that have been conducted; but, more so by actually collecting these cards.
