makes sense...I still believe there is too much overage..

Over the course of a year's time, the additional monies charged is signifcant to me. For example, $100 to me is a lot more than it may be to most on this board I suppose..

thanks for the discussion and as a result I hope to use my own ups or fedex acct for shipment as I have outside insurance coverage...
