How are they shipping it? Registered Priority Mail for $6200 in coverage would be $19.70. They can't use USPS Insured Mail because the insurance coverage stops at $5000. Express Mail coverage only goes up to $5000. Certainly their "handling" charge for two cards can't be $30 in addition to the postage.
