i am a back collector, and i can really appreciate what you are doing...i have all of the different backs (sans cobb), PSA graded and i pull them out and "play" with them almost daily...they are so cool to look at...

some ideas for you:

1. try lining them up alphebetically
2. " in order of scarcity
3. grouped by colors (red, red, red, green, green, blue...etc)
4. simpliest design all the way to the most complex design...
