Judge Dred (Fred)This scam isn't exactly a new one. I can remember about 5 or 6 years ago that someone was doing something similar on ebay. The big difference was that people weren't getting the item pictured in the item description. It would take weeks and sometimes months for people to get their materila. Ebay booted them and a lot of people got together and brought a law suit against them. The result was that they were not suppposed to engage in internet commerce. I don't recall what the total losses were but I'm pretty sure that people didn't get what they were expecting.
