Default Sportscards & Sportscars.....what else excites you ?

I have goodyear, all terrain, or all season or something like that.
90,000 miles on them, and I figure that they will make it through the winter. \
By that criteria they have performed well.

But is that the criteria of interest?

Seems to me that the harder the rubber, the longer they will last + the less traction you will get.
And the softer rubber will wear out faster and give you improved traction.

So which is better?

Traction or longevity?

Doesn't the cheapest tires give you the features of most benefit to you?
You have to change them more frequently, but how important is traction?

Or am I wrong?


And Barry: youve gotta love how the germans combine little
words into one great big one without comprimizing clarity.

Oh and Ted: Ya gotta like those old t-birds, they sort of look like Strike Eagles
from the back with their taillights and fins. But I always liked those Rivieras,
even tho I never owned one.
But thats ok, I always liked redheads too.
