joeAndy, here is a scan of the cover and 1 page of box scores. Also, on the Old Cardboard website they have all known covers. After looking at some of box score information, it looks like maybe kids were playing there own baseball game with a game at that time. Players are from different teams. Not real game box scores I guess.
