Even in modern days (as opposed to when Ted was buying them fresh), the Paige is much harder
to find than the other Exhibits, so it would seem it was only issued for a short
time, perhaps only a year.

A number of years ago a dealer who specialized in Exhibits told me the Paige was
much rarer that collectors or the price guides realize. And since then, I've notice how
infrequently you see the card.
