I was going to mention the 1948 Team Issue of Paige, but didn't want to get caught up in the "is it a card or not?" debate. I just picked up one of those for my collection a couple of weeks ago. I have a very loose definition of the word "card," so I'd throw it into the mix with the Leaf and Bowman issues as well.
