Gilbert MainesThen lets do it - slabheads are good eatin, especially the plump ones. How do you like them prepared best? I prefer 'em slowly rendered in their own blubber, wit plenty of basting. And plenty of corn. But started off with several dozen RAW clams, no on the oysters. And plenty of brew.
