I did a quick and ugly scan of the article testing my new scanner. The pdf file is 2.4 MB. It's readable, but some of the pix are dark. Also, overlap on each page since the scanner only does 8 1/2 x 11 pages, and SCD is bigger. You're welcome to a copy, click on my name for the email addy and I'll send it to you. (and anyone else that would like it).
