See my post just above your query, which I have edited.

I see two possibilities:

1. Conventional wisdom holds: My eBay survey data point is wrong and Ewing exists with 350. This means EPDG print began with 350.

2. Conventional wisdom is wrong: My eBay survey data point is correct and Ewing does not exist with 350. This means EPDG print began before 350.
