Its a spiral backed UFO card, very rare. Last seen on eBay selling for $250+








Edited to say.. I have no clue.

It looks to be part of a disc maybe with a ring around the edges where the tabs are. With the spiral image on back, maybe it was part of a spinning top?? I dont think its complete, looks like it was maybe inserted into something.
