Default Reproduction Tuxedo ads

Posted By: Ted Zanidakis

I searched deep and found my adv.....here it is in two parts. I acquired this item
back in 1982 and it looks original; however, I am not sure. In any event, there has
been such wild speculation on this Forum regarding this "strange" set of 6 cards,
that I thought it would be nice to put a face on them.

The fronts of the 6 cards I have seen in upstate NY are exactly the pictures seen
here with the player's description below. The cards are approx. 3" x 1 1/2" and are
of thick cardboard. Also, there is a edge border around these pictures. And, these
cards normally have a Tuxedo adv. on their backs.

Dated July 5, 1913......
This adv. is a page from Collier's (The National Weekly); it's size is 10" x 14 3/4".
On the back of this page is an adv. for a WILLYS Utility Truck
