Gilbert MainesYes, I am with PC on this one too. By cutting a rectangular section of the page out, in my estimation, you have taken something which was not a card, and made a card out of it.
Specifically, the pretty vignettes of baseball players are not actually cards, but when coupled with the original owners regognition that they had to be pasted (in this case not before they tore) to protect them, and your cutting out a rectangle which has the scrapp at its center - a card is created. Sort of.
And each one is unique, possibly including part of what is pasted near to it. I like this idea, if you keep each example as a similarly sized rectangle.
