My guess is that you posted this (primarily) because it was a PSA card but it raises some interesting issues.
I think the qualifier in the grade "MK") flags it -- I guess it could also be deemed an "Authentic" although at that point the distinction is based not on the mark/erasure itself but the (presumed) intention of the person who made the mark (or the attempt to erase the mark), which is I don't really think is as clear as a trimming or recoloring.
