Yeah, if he is in the photo that would have to him. Here are the pre 1901 Milwaukee teams...
# Milwaukee Brewers, Western League (1892, 1894-1896, 1898-1899)
# Milwaukee Creams, Western League (1897)
# Milwaukee Brewers, American League (1900)
A possible to connection to Plank would be that Connie Mack was a manager of Brewers around the turn of the century
