Default When did Vintage Baseball Card Magazine go out of business?

there was a thread on this a while back where the guy who ran the mag came on and took accountability for anyone left high and dry. is #7 hard to find? did they not send it to subscribers? I was a subscriber until the end but my mags are in my parents basement so i can't reference them now?
