By the way, since you speak of criminal prosecutions, as a lawyer, I would be interested to see the statutes that criminalize the selling of altered baseball cards, and if there are any (I know there is something in the California Code but not sure if it is a civil or criminal provision) what evidence do you suppose it would take to convict someone beyond a reasonable doubt?
