Very interesting. We debate here regularly about the meaning of "desireable" or "sought after", but the same cards seem to pop up in all of them. I wonder if the list would vary if it were based on desireability to 19th Century collectors, or set collectors, or type collectors, or team collectors, or HOF collectors, etc. I bet it would still be close to the same list (except for 19th C collectors) just because of rarity and cost.
