With some notable exceptions, virtually gone are the days when the hobby relied on a few experts (Wharton-Tigar, Bray, Burdick, Lipsett, Barker, et. al.) to generate the awareness of what we collect.

Current thinking is that we all share in this responsibility and that although no one of us can operate in the league of these pioneers, collectively we can, and we are.
