Wow...
I've been gone all day and never thought that this thread would be recieved like this...I see that Fred and Jay saw the humor in my post but man the rest of you just jumped down my throat. In regards to a few of the posts:

I offered a 7 day trial period here for every bpoard member and if they did not like the service they could cancel at any time. There is an opt-out policy on the site, what do you think that if you sign up you are onligated to pay $9.99 a month for the reat of your life.

In regards to customer service we have been there for every members request as fast as humanly possible. We have set up numerous ways of contact and if any one here are members they have put in a request they can contest to that.
