You are absolutely correct. But, I must explain my confusion with the
Righteous Bros. There was a really great place at the Jersey shore in
Wall Twp. in the '60s and the '70s called the PlayRoom Lounge that fea-
tured some great live bands on the weekends.

During the weekdays they had a "comic" of a DJ who loved to play this
song and everytime he played it, he would credit the Righteous Bros.
and not the Hollies.
