If collectors complained about the volume of crap and overpricing, the raised listing fee should be viewed as a positive. With the former 2 cents listing, a seller could add anything at any price as it wasn't expensive if things never sold.

I beleive it will be good for serious sellers as well, as a venue filled with unselleable bulk makes buyers avoid the venue.
