Yeah, I believe thats it, in general. I don't know about the relative severity of the different flaws, but it seems to me that they are too pre-occupied with centering (maybe because it can be measured) and comparitively disinterested in photographic image clarity. Heck, I think it is around a 6 before they start thinking about fuzzy corners.
