I'll second what everyone has said about honesty and integrity, etc. And that is not in question.

But because of your hesitancy to provide a somewhat more (but limited) time to review the capabilities of the site, I'm guessing you assured your investors that you would have "x" number of sign-ups immediately. And now you're worried. Otherwise, I just don't see a reason for hesitating to provide what seems to be a fairly straightforward and rational request.

But as Dennis Miller says, "I could be wrong." Just my 2cents.
