I'm 35 and started back in '93. First pre-war card I picked up was a T206 Miller Huggins portrait; at that time, I had no clue that he was even a Hofer! After a several year hiatus from card collecting, my next two pre-war pick-ups were T206 portraits of Walter Johnson (EPDG back) and Nap Lajoie (again didn't really know anything about them at the time) and its been uphill ever since .
