I am 34 and have been collecting since 1978 (1978 Topps Baseball which I still have). I started collecting vintage in 1981 when I purchased a few cards at a local show. I got real heavy into pre-war in the early 1990's which was about five years too late by my estimation. I guess it is all relative however; how many of you remember passing over the $30 and $40 Tip Tops in Mike Wheat's catalog in the mid to late 90's? I wonder what we are overlooking now?
