Todd Schultzif memory serves, that Schaeffer photo dates back to at least 1907, based on the "D" seen on the uniform. Also, Clark Griffith is shown wearing a Yankees uniform in the m101-4 set, 9 years after he last played (5 games) for them.
Chris, you're right about that Slaughter--I've always liked that shot too, but it's 11 years old for cryin out loud.
Many or most of the 1927-28 era ice cream cards depicted old and recycled photos as well, which is why some (or maybe just me 
) are not overly interested in them.
