Chris CountsI always love a good phenom story. I play fantasy baseball, so I'm always on the lookout for them. I've had Felix Hernandez on my staff the past two years, I just picked up Scott Kazmir, and I'm waiting for Nelson Liriano to take off. I realize the history of baseball is littered with failed "can't miss" prospects, but for me they are a big part of game's mythic appeal, the promise of great things to come every spring.
