I sell items on ebay every now and then under sgt.hoss. I charge only $3.00 for insured shiping, even if registered mail is needed. I have a customer who buys alot of 1920's cards. It never fails, he wins, he complains about shipping cost and never leaves feedback. He says he prefers a stamp and No insurance. So that's what he gets for a buck. Go figure...
