Keith JavicThere is an area in ebay where you can report shipping overcharges. I would definetly do it in this case in which the seller didn't tell you the charge in the auction. I had to do it a case where a seller wanted to charge me $12 for parcel post or $15 for prioirty mail to ship a pamphlet that probably cost 60 cents 1st class.
Ebay won't give you an info on what was done after the report due to some sort of privacy issue, and chances are it is just ignored, but I would still give it a shot.
