You sound confused. So what is it? Is image the most important or is grade the most important criteria?
For certain cards, especially the photographic ones like OJs, image quality is the most important feature. That does not necessarilly mean a great technical PSA grade. Conversely, cards with high PSA technical grades sometimes have faint or faded images.
