I haven't been able to locate my article that mentions that Johnny Mize had a lawsuit with Gum, Inc., but I did find another interesting tidbit. In the September 30, 1975 issue of SCD, there is a note that Johnny Mize was the missing player for card #126. The source was a docket on file at the offices of The Federal Trade Commission in Washington D.C. That is probably the basis of the lawsuit, but like I said, I haven't found that particular article yet.
