I think there is pretty clearly at least a wrinkle on the right border that (and it is hard to see in the scan) move across the card to Cobb's right eye, which shows some chipping the eye brow.

Scans of cards with spider wrinkles often look like 5's and higher. The reason we have 3rd party grading is so that we can get a little more information than a good scan will tell us.
