I wrote a book on hold'em. I don't like to use my name on non-gambling public forums for search engine reasons, so I use my email id (cmoking) as my userid here. I do use my name as my id in gambling forums.

For the most part, I try to use only gambling winnings to buy cards. The more I want to spend on cards, the harder I work playing poker and betting on sports.
