Bruce, hate to burst your bubble but the 3 words that drive this hobby are not condition-condition-condition. That may be your mantra, but it is not for many of us. If your mantra were true then I should getting beaters for my collection for nothing, but the market does not bear this out.

I like to sit outside, drink beer and yell at people. If I did this at home, I would be arrested. So, I go to baseball games and fit right in.
