Julie Vognar...in fact, I'd be real happy if no one did. I don't think Mastro and Shoebox sell re=backed cards...when they were sent in to SGC (by REA) they were out of their holders, (which I always do to all cards i buy) so they had to be re-graded. Surprise! SGC calls them "rebacked." So REA sent them to PSA.
I've had nearly 200 cards graded by SGC and PSA, and I can assure you, neither of them knows what they're doing... REA did it, at their expense.
